Gajar Ka Halwa

ingredients

    3 cups carrot
    1 tbsp walnut oil
    500 ml toned milk
    2 tsp pistachios
    2 tsp raisins
    2 tsp walnuts
    3 tsp honey

preparation method

1.Heat some walnut oil in a pan. Then add some grated carrots, milk and cook for some time.
2.Add some honey and cook for 15 min.
3.Add pistachios, walnuts and raisins and mix well and simmer for 10minutes
4.Serve warm or cold
