Grandma’s Noodles

Mouth-watering, easy to cook soup noodles.


    1 beaten egg

    Salt, 1/2 teaspoon

    Milk, 2 tablespoons

    Sifted all-purpose flour, 1 cup

    Baking powder (optional), 1/2 teaspoon

preparation method

Mix together milk, salt, egg in a mixing bowl and add flour to the contents. Now separate the mixture into two circular pieces. Roll the flour balls and keep it aside for at least twenty minutes. Now slice the flattened dough into thin strips spread the strips to dust dry with small amount of flour. Allow it to dry for at least two hours. Now dip the slices into hot soup and boil for at least ten minutes.

    Serve hot.
