Greek Salad Skewers

Enjoy this unique Greek salad for a different taste.


    English cucumber (are sweeter and have a thinner skin):- one quarter

    Kosher salt

    Freshly ground black pepper

    Feta cheese: - 1/4 lb (sliced into small cubes)

    Kalamata olives(large &black with smooth&meat like taste): - 8 (pitted)

    Ripe cherry tomatoes: - 8 (halved)

    Extra virgin olive oil: - 2 tbsp

Serving Platter


preparation method

Slice four thick and diagonal pieces of cucumber measuring about 1/2 inch and then quarter every slice.

Take a serving platter and place the cucumber pieces on it.

Season these cucumbers with 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.

Top every piece of cucumber with feta and half olive.

Insert a toothpick to give it support.

Drizzle some olive oil over it and sprinkle some black pepper. It’s ready to be served.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve it topped with your favourite sauce.
