Gulab Jamun & Chocolate Cupcakes with Milkmaid Flavored Butter Cream Frosting


    Dry ingredients
    All-purpose flour 175gm
    Coco powder 30gm
    Sugar 185gm
    Bicarbonate of soda ½ tsp
    Gulab jamun 100gm
    Wet ingredients
    Cold black coffee 120ml
    Vegetable oil 210 ml
    Eggs 3
    Butter milk 120 ml
    For icing
    Butter 300gm
    Icing sugar 540gm
    Milkmaid 100gm

preparation method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix all the wet ingredients. Thereafter mix both of them together in a large bowl.
Pour into the cupcake molds. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 deg. C for 20-25 minutes.
Now for the icing, first beat the butter till its very smooth and then add the icing sugar in parts. Keep beating till its fully incorporated and you get a smooth icing.
Now add the milkmaid and incorporate in the icing. Fill it into the icing bag and pipe it on the cupcakes once they have cooled down. Your cupcakes are ready.
