Gulab Jamun with a Crazy Twist


    ½ cup flour
    300 gmskhoya
    100 gmspaneer
    200 gms sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp cardamom powder
    15 ml rum
    Oil for frying

preparation method

Take a bowl and add some fresh chenna in it.
Now add khoya, flour, a pinch of baking powder and mix this mixture till it forms a dough.
Once the dough is prepared, make round shaped balls with it.
On another pan, heat the oil and fry these round shaped balls in it.
For sugar syrup, take a pan and add water,sugar and cardamom powder in it.
Once the gulabjamun is properly fried, put them in the sugar syrup.
Now heat some oil in another pan and then add gulabjamuns in it.
To add a crazy twist to this recipe, add a shot of rum in this mixture.
Serve them hot.
