ingredients

    (ENGLISH)

    Jaggery- 2 cups

    Sesame Seeds- ½ cup

    Oats- 2 tbsp

    Wheat Flakes- ½ cup

    Peanuts, crushed- 1 cup

    Cardamom, crushed- 2 tsp

    Nutmeg Powder- 1 tsp

    Refined Oil- 1 tbsp

     

     

    (HINDI)

    Gur- 2 cups

    Til- ½ cup

    Jaee- 2 tbsp

    Wheat Flakes- ½ cup

    Moongphali, tukda- 1 cup

    Elaichi, tukda- 2 tsp

    Jaiphal- 1 tsp

    Tel- 1 tbsp

     

preparation method

Dry roast sesame seeds and oats one by one till light brown. Keep aside.

Heat 3 cups water. Add jaggery and stir till it dissolves. Add little oil as well.

When jaggery dissolves, mix in crushed cardamom, nutmeg powder and peanuts.

Bring to a boil and add oats and sesame seeds.

In the end, mix in wheat flakes.

Pour this mixture into a flat, greased plate and spread evenly.

Allow to cool and set. Then cut into pieces and serve.
