Gurke kebab



    Potato, boiled and mashed- 1 cup

    Jaggery- 1 Cup

    Walnut- 1 Cup

    Almonds, peeled- 1 Cup

    Ginger-Garlic, Chopped- 1 tsp

    Green chili, chopped- 1½  tbsp

    Coriander Powder- 1 tsp

    Oil- ½ tbsp

    Chaat Masala- to taste

    Salt- to taste




    allo, uble hue- 1 cup

    Gur- 1 Cup

    Akhrot- 1 Cup

    Badam, peeled- 1 Cup

    adrak- lehsun, kata hua1 tsp

    hari mirch, kata hua- 1½  tbsp

    dhaniya powder- 1 tsp

    tel- ½ tbsp

    Chaat Masala- swad anusar

    namak- swad anusar




preparation method

  • Heat water in a pan and add jiggery to let it melt.
  • Now add walnuts, almonds, garlic, ginger and green chili and mix well.
  • Cook till jaggery is caramelized. The filling for the kebabs is ready.
  • Pour it into a bowl and keep aside
  • Now take a boiled potato in another bowl.
  • Add green chilies, salt, coriander powder and mash together to prepare a mixture.
  • Make round shaped kebabs with the mixture. Stuff it with the filling.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs till they get a golden brown color on both the sides.
  • Put some chaat masala to enhance the taste and serve.
