Healthy Sheera



    Finger Millet flour- 2 tbsp

    Wheat flour- 2 tbsp

    Soya flour- 2 tbsp

    Jiggery- 2 tbsp

    Almonds, chopped- 8-10

    Cardamom powder- ½ tsp


    Ragi flour – 2 tbsp

    Gehu ka atta – 2 tbsp

    Gur- 2 tbsp

    Soya ka atta- 2 tbsp

    Badam, kata hua- 8-10

    Elaichi powder- ½ tsp


preparation method

  • Dry roast Finger Millet flour, wheat flour and soya flour in a pan, stir continuously.
  • Cook till brown.
  • Put water and jaggery together in a separate pan, boil till jaggery fully dissolved.
  • Add jaggery water to the roasted flour and cook for a while.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Healthy sheera is ready to serve.
