Healthy Sprout Sandwich



    Brown bread- 2 slices

    Mixed sprouts, boiled- 2tbsp

    Potatoes, boiled- ½ cup

    Onions, thinly sliced- ½ medium

    Green chili-1

    Lettuce leaves- 2

    Chaat masala- 1 tsp

    Low fat butter- 2 tsp

    Salt- to taste



    Brown bread- 2 slices

    Mixed sprouts, uble hue- 2tbsp

    aloo, uble hue- ½ cup

    pyaaj, bareek kate hue- ½ medium

    hari mirch-1

    salad patte- 2

    Chaat masala- 1 tsp

    Low fat makan- 2 tsp

    namak- swaad anusar

preparation method

  • Mix boiled potatoes, sprouts, green chilies, onions, chaat masala and salt in a bowl and prepare sandwich stuffing
  • Spread low fat butter on 2 brown bread slices
  • Place lettuce leaves and stuffing between bread slices
  • Cook sandwich on hot pan till brown on both sides and serve
