Healthy Veggie Sandwich

ingredients

    ENGLISH

    Carrot, finely chopped- ½ medium

    Green peas, boiled- 3 tbsp

    Ginger, juliennes- ¼ tsp

    Green chili, chopped- ½

    Coriander Leaves, chopped- 3 tsp

    Low fat paneer, grated- 2 tbsp

    Brown bread- 2 slices

    Low fat butter- 1 tbsp

    Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

    Sunflower oil- ½ tsp

    Salt- to taste

    Gajar, bareek kati hui- ½ medium

    Mattar,uble hue - 3 tbsp

    Adrak, lamba kata hua  - ¼ tsp

    Hari mirche, kati hui - ½

    Dhaniya ke patte- 3 tsp

    Paneer, kassa hua - 2 tbsp

    Brown bread- 2

    Makhan - 1 tbsp

    Jeera - 1 tsp

    Sunflower tel - ½ tsp

    Namak- swad anusar

preparation method

Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds and ginger.
Now add carrot, green chili, green peas, coriander leaves and low fat paneer and cook lightly.
Add salt and mix. Mash all the ingredients together and keep aside.
Spread butter on both sides of bread slices.
Lightly toast the sandwich on a hot pan.
Healthy veggie sandwich is ready.
