Jam Pan Cake

ingredients

    Eggs-2
    Refined flour-1 cup
    Baking powder1tsp
    Castor Sugar-2 tbsp
    Milk-1 cup
    Butter-1 tbsp
    Kissan mix fruit jam-1spoonfull with each pancake

preparation method

Method:- In a bowl, mix well eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, and sugar and make it into thick flowing consistency by adding in water if required..To make the pancake put butter on a non-stick pan and put a spoonful or two of the batter, spread and cook each side till light golden in color. Serve with jam.
