Kaddu ki Sabji



    Pumpkin, diced- 2 cups

    Dry red chili- 1

    Fenugreek seeds- 1 tsp

    Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

    Turmeric powder- ½ tsp

    Red chili powder- ½ tsp

    Jagerry- 1 tsp

    Oil- 1 tsp

    Salt- to taste

    Coriander leaves- to garnish


    Kaddu, kata hua- 2 cups

    Sukhi lal mirch- 1

    methi- 1 tsp

    jeera- 1 tsp

    haldi powder- ½ tsp

    lal mirch powder- ½ tsp

    gur- 1 tsp

    tel- 1 tsp

    namak- swad anusar

    dhaniya patta- sajane ke liye

preparation method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Sauté fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds till they crackle
  • Add a dry red chili as well
  • Now add he diced pumpkin and season with salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder
  • Pour some water and add jaggery
  • Cover and cook pumpkin in steam
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
