Kaju Gobhi Matar Ki Curry



    Cashew Nuts-1 cup

    Cauliflower, chopped-1 small

    Green Peas, boiled-1/4cup

    Onion, sliced-1/2medium

    Garlic, finely chopped-1tsp

    Ginger, finely chopped-1/2tsp

    Green Chillies-1-2

    Curry Leaves-10-12

    Coconut Milk-6-7tbsp

    Coriander leaves, chopped-2tsp

    Lemon Juice-2tsp

    Vanilla Essence-1/4tsp

    Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp

    Coriander Powder-1/2tsp

    Garam Masala-1/2tsp

    Red Chilli Flakes-1tsp

    Salt-to taste

    Lasoon,baareek katta hua-1tsp

    Adrak-Bareek katta hua-1/2tsp

    Naariyal ka doodh-6-7tbsp

    Dhaniye ke patee,katte hue-2tsp

    Nimbu ka Rass-2tsp

    Kewra ka Paani-1/4tsp



    Garam Masala-1/2tsp

    Laal Mirch-1tsp

    Namak-Swaad Anusaar

preparation method

Boil cashew nuts, cauliflower and green peas with salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and gram masala
Heat oil in another pan and sauté onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies
Add curry leaves and toast them. Also add red chilli flakes
Pour the cauliflower, cashew nuts and green peas with the tempering into the curry
Add coconut milk and allow to thicken
When done, add coriander leaves. Pour lemon juice and vanilla essence
Garnish with coriander and enjoy with pav or rice
