Kal Ka Chicken Pulao


    1 Bowl leftover Chicken Curry
    1 cup Basmati rice
    1 onion
    2 tomatoes
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    2 whole red chillies crushed
    1 cup leftover mixed salad
    2 tbsp Oil

preparation method

Wash and soak the rice in a bowl for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the onions.Fry till golden.Add crushed chillies
Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry till light brown.
Add all the powdered masalas and tomatoes.Fry till the oil begins to separate from the masala.
Add the rice and veggies and water and mix well.
Add salt to taste.
Bring the rice to a boil,simmer,cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add the chicken curry on the top and cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with mint and serve hot.
