Karela kadhi is a thick, calcium rich kadhi with several health benefits.
Karelas (chopped) :- ½ cup
Onion (chopped) :- 1 cup
Ginger-green chili paste :- 2 tsp
Low fat Curds :- 2 cup
Besan :- 4 tbsp
Chopped Coriander :- ½ cup
Oil :- 2 tsp
Salt :- to taste
In a pan, heat oil and put onion in it. Sauté until onions become soft.
Mix the salt and karelas. Cook on medium heat for six minutes.
Whisk the besan and curd in a bowl to make a smooth paste.
Pour one cup of water to this mixture and bring to a boil. Continuously stir.
Simmer for three minutes and then switch off the heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander and Karela kadhi is ready to serve.
