Kesar Lassi

ingredients

    600 gms Curd,( dahi)
    200 gms castar sugar(Cheeni)
    1 tsp Cardamom powder,( pisi hui ilaichi)
    300 ml iced water, (thanda paani)
    ½ tsp Saffron, dissolved in warm water,( kesar )
    4 tbsp crushed iced, (kutti hui baraf)

preparation method

Dissolve saffron in warm water.
In a blender, add curd, cardamom powder, caster sugar and iced water.
Blend until smooth.
Add saffron and stir
In a tall glass add crushed ice. Pour the lassi on top and serve chilled.
