Khus Coconut


    1 tender coconut water
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    ΒΌ cup coconut cream
    1 tbsp khus syrup + extra to top
    1 scoop ice cream
    1 tbsp brown grated coconut
    1 red cherry with stem

preparation method

1. Strain the coconut water in a bowl and add in the lemon juice and keep aside.
2. In a blender, take the vanilla ice cream, add in the khus syrup, coconut cream and blend.
3. Decorate the glass with khus syrup and pour in the blended mixture.
4. Top it up with the coconut water, and then put in a scoop of ice cream, place some grated coconut and garnish with the cherry and khus syrup and serve.
