Kiwi Falooda With Mango Scoop

ingredients

    4 medium kiwis, peeled

    8 scoops mango ice cream

    Falooda as required

    2-3 tbsps castor sugar

    2 cups sweetened reduced milk

preparation method

  1. To make kiwi compote, roughly chop kiwis.
  2. Heat a noon-stick pan. Add chopped kiwis and castor sugar, mix and cook till pulpy. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
  3. Add 2 tbsps kiwi compote into 4 individual tall glasses. Top with some falooda and pour ½ cup reduced milk. Top with 2 scoops mango ice cream in each and serve immediately.
