Kiwi Honey Ice Cream
|1.||Fresh Kiwi||2 nos|
|2.||Double cream||250 g|
|5.||Raspberry sauce||for garnish|
|6.||Cake crumbs||for garnish|
Peel kiwi. Reserve couple of wedges for garnish. Chop the rest pieces.
Add kiwi pieces in ice cream machine with regular milk, double cream, honey and allow it to set for approx 30 mins.
Take a plate and make a heap of cake crumbs on the corner of the plate, design the rest of the plate with raspberry sauce and place a scoop of ice-cream on the heap of the crumbs and top it with mint leaves.
Kiwi ice cream is ready to serve
