Lauki, Amla and Honey Shot
4 Indian Gooseberries (amla), cored and diced roughly.
4 tsp amla crush
1 cup bottle guard, peeled and diced,( lauki)
¼ tsp star anise powder,( chakri ka phool powder)
2-3 tbsp honey,( shehed)
4 Lemon slices for garnish
4 tbsp crushed ice
De seed gooseberries (amla) and dice them.
Put them into the blender.
Now peel and cut lauki into pieces and add into the blender.
Now add star anise powder, honey and amla crush into the blender.
Blend everything until a smooth puree is formed. Remove this puree and strain the juice.
Take small shot glasses, fill half with ice and pour the strained gooseberi-lauki juice into them.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve chilled.
