Lauki Ladoo

ingredients

    2 cups lauki/ bottle gourd( grated)
    4 tbsp ghee
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup condensed milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup paneer ( grated)
    A pinch of cardamom powder
    3 tbsp almonds (chopped)
    4 tbsp pistachios ( finely chopped)

preparation method

1- Heat some ghee in a pan, add the lauki and fry till the Lauki is cooked and the water has evaporated.
2- Add sugar and milk, cook for 5 minutes.
3- Now add the paneer, condensed milk, cardamom powder, almonds and cook the mixture till it is dry.
4- Allow mixture to cool completely, make small round laddos.
5- Roll these laddos in chopped pistachios and serve.
