Lemony Radish Salad
Lemony radish salad is a low cholesterol recipe which looks colorful and appealing.
Radishes(clean and chopped coarsely):- ½ lb.
Salt: -¼ tsp.
Take chopped radishes in a medium bowl.
Spread lime squeeze over the radishes and mix well. Make sure each chunk of radish gets layered in juice.
Add salt and again stir well using a spatula to mix.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
