Lychee and Ginger Salad


    2 cups canned or fresh lychees
    2 oranges peeled, deseeded and diced,( santare)
    1 apple, cored, peeled and diced,( seb)
    200gm black grapes
    2 tbsp lychee syrup or lychee crush
    2 tbsp orange juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice, (nimbu ka ras)
    1 tbsp lemon zest, (kasa hua nimbu ka chilka)
    12 Nos. lettuce leaves

preparation method

Drain the lychees and retain the syrup in a bowl. Put the drained lychees in a mixing bowl.
Add the peeled, de seeded and diced oranges to the lychees.
Add the black grapes and ginger into the bowl.
Add the diced apples into the bowls and mix everything together.
In a small bowl combine the 2 tbsp of lychee syrup, orange juice. Lemon juice, lemon zest to make the dressing
In a serving bowl arrange the open lettuce leaves and put a little of the fruit salad in each one of them. Spoon the dressing on top of the fruits and serve chilled.
