Malai Lassi

ingredients

    3 bananas
    1 tsp melon seeds
    1 tsp almonds
    3-4 pistachios
    3-4 strands of saffron
    2 cups curd
    1 tbsp honey

preparation method

To make a healthy Malai Lassi, add some ripe bananas, melon seeds, almonds, pistachios, saffron, low fat curd and honey into a beaker and blend it to form a smooth lassi. Garnish the lassi with pistachios, almonds and saffron strands
