Marinated Olive and Feta Salad
A salad packed with flavors and nourishing components, an ideal meal to cut off the extra calories.
Sliced pitted olives: 1 cup
Diced feta cheese: ½ cup
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lemon
Garlic, sliced: 2 cloves
Chopped fresh rosemary: 1 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper: a pinch
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Take a sufficiently large bowl. Add the olives, cheese, rosemary, red pepper and mix well.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Toss the ingredients completely till the flavors get incorporated.
Divide them in bowls and serve as it is or toast bread and serve it alongside the salad.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper along with extra paprika on the side.
