Masala Lassi


Masala Lassi is an energy drink easy and quick to prepare.


    Thick curds - ½ liter
    Green chilies - 2
    Ginger piece - 1 inch
    Salt - 1 tsp.
    Pepper powder - ½ tsp.
    Chaat masala - ½ tsp.
    Mint leaves - 10
    Cumin powder - ½ tsp.
    Chilled milk - ½ cup
    Ice water - 1 cup
    Khoya - 2 tbsp.
    Fresh cream - 2 tbsp.
    Ice cubes - Few

  • Spatula
  • Grinder
  • Serving glasses

preparation method

  • Grind pepper powder, ginger, mint leaves, cumin powder and green chilies together.
  • Now blend all the remaining ingredients with a prepared paste in a grinder and serve in tall glasses.
