Masala Oats Canapes


    Veggie Twist Masala oats – 2 packets
    Canapé shells – 16 nos.
    Pomegranate kernels – 50 Gms
    Onions – 1 Onion
    Boiled Potatoes – 1 Potato
    Imli Chutney – 2 tbsp
    Green Chutney – 2 tbsp
    Saffola oil – 2 tsp
    Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
    Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
    Hing – a pinch
    Curry Patta – 4 - 5
    Salt – To taste
    Aloo Bhujia – 50 gm

preparation method

Chop the boiled potatoes into tiny cubes. Fine chop the onions.
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, hing, currypatta, onions. Sauté for a min. Now add the chopped potatoes, haldi, chilli powder and salt to taste.
Cook this mixture for 2 – 3 mins with a dash of water so spices don’t stick.
Cook the Veggie Twist Oats as per the pack instructions.
Now first fill the canapés with the potato filling, and then add imli chutney on top.
Now add a layer of masala oats. Top it with green chutney. Finally garnish it with pomegranate and aloobhujia.
