Masala Shorba

ingredients

    1. Onion [Small; Finely Chopped] 1 No
    2. Garlic Clove [Finely Chopped] 3-4
    3. Mutton stalk 250gms
    4 Tomato Puree ¼ cup
    5. Tomatoes 2 nos
    6. Cumin Powder 1 tsp
    7. Lemon juice ½ tbsp
    8 Milk 1 Cup
    9. Water 5 Cups
    10 Classic MasalaSaffolaMasalaOats 1 Pkt
    11 Salt & Pepper To Taste

preparation method

• Take a pan and cook oats in water.
• Take another pan, pour oil, sauté onion until translucent, add the garlic and finely chopped tomato and tomato puree and sauté for further 2 mins.
• Add oats in onion and tomato mixture.
• Add mutton stalk, salt, pepper and cumin powder.
• Pulse it and then strain it.
• Add more stalk if need to get the consistency.
• Adjust the seasonings and serve warm.
• Add lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.
• Adjust the seasonings and serve warm.
