Matar Mushroom Parantha



    Wheat Flour- 4 tbsp

    Green Peas, boiled and mashed- 3 tbsp

    Mushrooms, finely chopped- 2

    Green Chili, finely chopped- 1

    Ginger, finely chopped- 1 tsp

    Low Fat Cottage Cheese, grated- 1 tbsp

    Low Fat Curd- 2 tbsp

    Salt- to taste

    Sunflower Oil- 1 tbsp


    Gehu ka atta- 4 tbsp

    Matar, ubli hue aur pise hue- 3 tbsp

    Mushrooms, ache se kate hue- 2

    Hari mirch, ache se kati hue- 1

    Adrak, kata hua- 1 tsp

    Low Fat Paneer, kasa hua- 1 tbsp

    Low Fat Dahi- 2 tbsp

    Namak- swad anusar

    Tel- 1 tbsp

preparation method

Take peas, green chili, ginger, mushrooms, low fat cottage cheese and salt in a bowl.

Add wheat flour, and knead dough with little water and low fat curd.

Take equal portions and roll out dough.

Cook evenly on both sides with little oil.

Matar mushroom parantha is ready.
