Mava Peda is an Indian dessert delicacy made with mava.
Mawa (grated) :- 1 cup
Condensed Milk :- 2 tbsp
Freshly Powdered Cardamom :- ¼ tsp
Saffron stigmas (soak in 1 tbsp milk) :- 6
Almonds (slivered) for garnishing
Microwave safe bowl
Mash khoya in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add milk, saffron, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Combine well.
Keep it in a microwave for two minutes and stir after every minute.
Take out and keep aside to cool down. Then prepare peda and keep them on parchment paper.
Put slivered almonds on top and serve.
Garnish with dried fruits and serve.
