Methi Amrood

ingredients

    1 tbsp oil

    ¼ tspJeera (cumin) seeds

    1 lalmirch (red chillie)- dry

    ½ tspadrak (ginger)- grated

    1 kanda (onion)- chopped

    1 tamatar (tomato)- peeled, deseeded, diced

    3 amrood (guava)- deseeded, diced

    ½ bunch methi (fenugreek) leaves- fresh, chopped

    Seasoning

    2 tspDhania (coriander) powder

    ½ tspgaram masala

    1/8 tsphaldi (turmeric) powder

    Salt to taste

preparation method

Heat oil and cumin seeds, red chilli and once the cumin crackles add ginger, onion and cook till brown

Add the seasoning and tomatoes and continue to cook for a while

Then add the guavas and fenugreek leaves and stir well

Then add some water and let the mix cool till done

If needed increase the spices as per taste
