Methi ka Dhokla
Gram flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Fenugreek (Methi)-1/4th cup (chopped)
Butter milk-1 cup
Kissan tomato ketchup as an accompaniment
Method for Methi Dhokla:- In a bowl mix, gram flour, salt, methi/fenugreek and butter milk. Lastly fruit salt and put it in a greased mold and steam it in a steamer for 10-15 minutes or till done.
