Mexican Cucumber Salad

Enjoy this mix of crispy veggies with your chosen seasonings red pepper.


    Medium cucumber, sliced :- 1

    Canof whole kernel corn, drained

    Canof stewed tomatoes, sliced and drained

    Green bell pepper, chopped

    Red bell pepper :- 1

    Chopped :- 1

    Red wine vinegar :-  2 tablespoons

    Crushed red pepper flakes :- 1 tablespoon

    Garlic, minced :-  1/2 teaspoon

    Cumin :-  1/2 teaspoon

    Dried cilantro :-  1/4 teaspoon

    Salt :- 1/4 teaspoon

    Ground black pepper :-  1/8 teaspoon

preparation method

Mix together green bell pepper, cucumber, red bell pepper, corn, tomatoes and the red wine vinegar. Now zest the mixture with garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cilantro, salt and garlic. Cover it and leave it inside the fridge to chill for minimum thirty minutes before you serve it.
