Mexican Hot Chocolate
Cocoa – ¼ cup
Sugar (Cheeni) – ¼cup
Cinnamon (Dalchini) - 3/4th tsp, ground
Milk (Doodh) - 4 cups
Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp
Step 1 - In a small bowl, combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon.
Step 2 – Heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan till it starts boiling.
Step 3 – Stir in cocoa mixture and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4 - Stir in remaining 3 cups of milk and return to boiling. Add vanilla essence.
