Mexican Omelette Roll
3 tbsp Kissan sweet and spicy ketchup
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cheese
1 tsp butter
3 tbsp diced bell peppers ( red, yellow, green)
2 tbsp diced boiled potato
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Black Pepper powder
1- In a bowl whisk egg with milk, cheese, pepper powder and salt.
2- Heat butter in a pan, add bell peppers, potato and sauté for a minute, add the coriander, pepper and salt.
3- Now add the egg mixture,mix everything and allow the omelette to cook on one side, then flip and cook on the other side.
4- Spread ketchup on the roti, place the omelette, roll tightly and serve.
