Mini Burger

ingredients

    Buns-6 buns
    Butter-3tbsp
    Potatoes 2large boiled
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Basil leaves a few
    Carrots 1 grated
    Beans 3-4 chopped
    Corn flour-2tbsp
    Corn flakes- 1cup
    Oil for frying
    Kissan tomato ketchup-3tbsp
    Cheese 3 slices cut into half
    Tomatoes-6 thin slices

preparation method

Method:-Mix all the vegetables in a bowl, add salt and pepper, basil leaves and cornflour.Divide into equal pieces, then Coat with crushed cornflakes and deep fry till golden. Now cut each bun in half, spread the base with ketchup, then cutlet followed by cheese and tomato. Cover with the other half and serve."
