Mini Cup Cake

ingredients

    Eggs-2 egg
    Sugar-140 gms
    Butter-1 cup
    Vanilla essence few drops
    Refined flour-1 cup
    Baking powder-1 tsp
    Kissan jams 1tsp each of different flavors

preparation method

Methods:- Preheat oven at 180degrees.Then in a bowl beat eggs, sugar and butter till light and fluffy. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder then add this to the egg mixture. Fold till well mixed. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Spread different flavors of jam on top and serve.
