Mixed Flour Dosa

Mix flour dosais a healthy alternative to the normal dosa.

ingredients

    Small rava :- 1 cup
    Wheat flour :- ½ cup
    Rice flour :- ½ cup
    All purpose flour :- ½ cup
    Medium onion (chopped) :- 1
    Salt :- To taste
    Green chilies (chopped) :- 4
    Coconut (grated) :- 1
    Coriander leaves (chopped) :- 6 strands
    Curry leaves (chopped) :- 5
    Ghee/oil

preparation method

In a bowl, combine all the flours together to prepare a dosa batter using water.

Add all the chopped ingredients along with salt and coconut. Mix well with batter.

Heat a pan and spread little oil over it.

Pour a spoonful of batter and then spread it in round shape.

Put ghee/oil on top of dosa and cook for about one minute over medium heat.

Flip it and cook the other side. Then take out in a plate.

Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.

Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot with chutney or pickle or sambar.
