Mixed Fruit Tarts
200 gms flour
200 gms chilled butter
1 cup cold water
100 gms whipped cream
1 cup of grapes
Take a bowl and add some flour in it.
Then add some butter and rub it with your hand and obatin a texture of breadcrumbs
prepare a dough of this mixture for the shortcrust pastry by adding few drops of water, do not knead the dough.
Once the dough is ready, put it in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes.
Now using a tart mould, cut the rolled dough in the shape of tarts.
Prick them with a fork and Put these tart shells in the oven to blind bake.
After the tart shells are baked, add a layer of whipped cream on top of it.
Finally add a layer of chopped fruits on top and Mixed Fruit Tarts is ready to serve.
