Motichoor golgappe with basundi shots
|1||Motichoor ladoo||6-8 nos (1-2 nos)|
|2||Kesar basundi||1 ½ cup|
|3||Golgappe puris||5 nos|
|4||Strawberry crush||2 tbsp|
|5||Chocolate sauce||2 tbsp|
|8||Mint leaves||For garnishing|
Take motichoor ladoo and mash it properly Now in a serving plate take shot glasses and pour chilled kesar basundi in it Now take golgappe puris and make hole in center and fill it with mashed motichoor ladoo and keep it over shot glasses Add few drops of strawberry crush and chocolate sauce on it and garnish it with almonds, pistachios and mint leaves and serve.
