Oat Muffins


These healthy breakfast goodies are made light and healthy with oats.


    Castor sugar :- 1 Cup

    Butter :- 1 cup

    Eggs :- 4

    Vanilla essence :- 1 tsp

    Refined flour :- 1 cup

    Oats :- 1 cup

    Baking powder :- 1 tsp

    White icing

    Chocolate icing

    Sugar candies

preparation method

In a bowl, mix together castor sugar and butter and beat till light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat.

Add refined flour and baking powder and oats and make a thick batter.

Put this batter in a piping bag and pour in paper – cup  lined  muffin moulds.

Bake these in a preheated oven at 180*C for 15 to 20 Minutes.

De-mould when cool.


Serving Suggestions

    Garnish with white and brown icing chocolate and sugar candies and serve.

    COuld you please help me in making it without egggs. Even the carrot cake. We dont eat eggs so it would be a huge help.
