Orange Flax Smoothie

A light healthy drink.

ingredients

    Frozen peach slices: 2 cups

    CarrotĀ juice: 1 cup

    Orange juice: 1 cup

    Ground flaxseed: 2 tablespoon

    Chopped fresh ginger: 1 tablespoon

Spatula

Blender

 

preparation method

In a blender, add the peaches, carrot juice, orange juice, ground flax seed and ginger. Blend it completely till a mixture with a smooth consistency is acquired. Take 4 glasses and fill it with ice cubes. Pour the shake over and serve chilled.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve chilled with ice cubes.
