Orange Soymilk Smoothie

 

This orange soymilk smoothie is perfect for a sunny afternoon.

ingredients

    Soybeans :- 2 cup

    Water

    Sugar :- 1 tbsp

    Orange marmalade

    2 oranges / 1 cup orange juice

tools required

Fry pan

Grinder

Muslin cloth

Tall glass

preparation method

To make soymilk:

In a  fry pan, boil 2 cup soybeans. Pour the boiled soybeans along with a little water  in a grinder, and grind.

Now strain this using a muslin cloth , to give the soymilk in a jug.

Take out orange juice , around 1 cup from fresh oranges.

Pour the prepared soymilk , orange juice , sugar and blend.

Now decorate a tall glass with orange marmalade from inside.

Pour the smoothie in it.

Serving Suggestions

    Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
