Palak Egg ki Roti
Spinach paste- 2 ½ tbsp Wheat flour- 1 ½ cup Egg- 1 Red chili powder- ½ tsp Salt- to taste (HINDI) Pala ka paste- 2 ½ tbsp Gehu ka aata- 1 ½ cup anda- 1 lal mirch powder- ½ tsp namak- swad anusar
- Knead dough with spinach paste and seasoning like salt, red chili powder
- Take a portion of dough and roll out roti. Dust off excess flour
- Beat an egg with salt
- Heat a grille and cook roti on it
