Paneer Chilli Cheese Fingers
Paneer/cottage cheese – 500 gms
6 slices of white/brown bread
100 gm Cheddar cheese/Processed
2 capsicums chopped
100 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
1 onion chopped
Little coriander leaves chopped
2 green chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
2tbsp cheese spread
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
In a big bowl mix paneer, onion, coriander, chillies, capsicum, salt and pepper together.
Spread the ketchup on bread slices.
Apply some cheese spread on the top of ketchup. Now add the mixture on the top. Sprinkle lots of grated cheddar cheese to cover the filling.
Place the bread slices on the baking tray in a single layer
Bake the bread slices in a preheated oven at 200C (400F) for about 10-15.
