Paneer Pizza

ingredients

    4 Nos. pizza base
    200gm cottage cheese,finely chopped, ( paneer)
    1 onion, finely chopped, ( pyaz)
    1 capsicum, finely chopped,( shimla mirch)
    600 gm tomatoes blanched and pureed,( tamatar)
    2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    1 tsp red chilli powder, (laal mirch powder)
    1-2 tsp sugar,(Cheeni/ shakkar)-optional
    3 green chillies, finely chopped, (hari mirch)
    1 tbsp clarified butter, (ghee,)
    Salt to taste,( namak )
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

preparation method

In a hot pan combine tomato puree, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, sugar and salt and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Heat some clarified butter or oil in another pan.
Add onions, green chillies and capsicum in the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.,
Now add red chilli powder, cottage cheese and salt to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celcius.
Take the 4 pizza bases on the oven tray and assemble the pizzas.
First spread the puree on the pizza base. Then spoon the paneer mixture over it.
Then sprinkle grate cheese on top of it and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the pizzas hot.
