ingredients

    SR.NO. INGREDIENTS Quantity
     1 Ghee 3 tbsp
    2 Vermicelli 1 packet
    3 Pistachios 12 -15 nos
    4 Almonds 12 -15 nos
    5 Raisin 10 gms
    6 Sugar syrup 3 tbsp

preparation method

Melt ghee in a deep pan.
Now break vermicelli and roast it in the ghee till it becomes golden brown and take it out.
In the same ghee add almonds, pistachios and raisin and roast it and take it out in a bowl.
Now in the ghee take the vermicelli and add sugar syrup to it and mix it properly.
Then take half of the roasted dry fruits (nuts) and add it to the vermicelli and mix again and remove it out in a serving plate.
Now garnish it with the rest of the dry fruits and serve it.
