Pavlova

ingredients

    4 eggs
    150 gms sugar
    1 cup whipped cream
    1 cup sliced kiwis
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 cup sliced oranges
    1 cup sliced grapes

preparation method

Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks in two different bowls.
Add sugar to the egg whites and beat them till they form soft peaks.
Smoothen his mixture on a butter paper.
Bake this smooth mixture for 20-25 mins.
Once baked, keep pavlova at room temperature to cool.
Put a layer of whipped cream on top of pavlova.
Decorate with sliced kiwis, oranges, strawberries and grapes.
