Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese Crepes


    For the Crepes:
    1 egg
    6 egg whites
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy

    For the Cinnamon Cream Cheese Filling:
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

preparation method

Break 3 eggs into a bowl. Now on this add powdered 1 tbsp sugar & ¼ vanilla extract. Put in 2 tbsp peanut butter. Whisk it all together. Doosre bowl mein 4 oz cream cheese lijiye. Usme daaliye 1 and a half tbsp sugar, ¼ sp vanilla essence and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well. Now heat a pan – and spread the crepe mixture over it. Flip over and take it out of pan. Now fill it with a cream cheese mixture. Fold the crepes and serve with chocolate sauce and nuts.
