Peanut Free Vanilla Cupcake
A sweet recipe with the delicious richness of cream, something you can’t resist. Relish it!
Sugar :- 1 cup
Butter :- ½ Cup
Eggs :- 2
Vanilla Extract :- 2 tsp
All purpose flour :- 1 ½ Cup
Baking Powder :- 1 ¾ tsp
Milk :- ½ Cup
Heat the oven to 175 degree C.
Take a 9”x9" frying pan and grease it with oil. Also flour it. A muffin pan can also be used.
Sieve all the ingredients (dry), baking powder and flour etc.
Take a medium bowl and mix butter and sugar in it.
Beat the eggs into this and add some vanilla essence.
To this, add the sieved dry ingredients mixing with milk till it turns smooth.
Now pour this preparation into the pan.
Bake this mix for about 40 minutes.
For the cupcakes, you can bake it for about 25 minutes.
Serve it fresh and warm with tea, coffee or coolers.
